Welcome to our full-service PetsHotel for dogs and cats featuring safety-trained associates. PetsHotel is a great peace-of-mind alternative where cats can rest easy in comfortable quarters and dogs can enjoy playtime, salon services, personalized training camps with our accredited Pet Trainers and more!
Accommodations
Private Suite
Large suites separated from the standard rooms for a more peaceful, private environment and are perfect for multiple pets in a family. Rooms are cleaned and sanitized daily and feature an orthopedic bed, a raised cot, calming diffuser, and ambient white noise machine.
Standard Guest Room
An open-air atrium that’s cleaned and sanitized daily and furnished with plush bedding with calming spray upon arrival.
Packages
All overnight stays include Group or Individual playtime for dogs, and Individual TLC time for cats. For additional Group or One-on-One playtime, “Active Pup” packages can be purchased for an additional cost.

Want to surprise your pup with a tasty snack during their visit? We offer treats and at an additional cost.
Snack KONG®: in-room activity includes a KONG toy stuffed with a tasty filling to keep your dog or cat entertained.
Bedtime Bliss: a bedtime story, photo, and 15-minute one-on-one session with a Hotel Host. Salon Services: bathing & grooming available for dogs. Cat bathing and grooming available in select locations.
Training Camp: personalized one-on-one session from our Accredited Trainers during your pet’s stay.

Kitty Cottage
Our cottages are separate from dog guests and always cleaned and sanitized daily with a calming diffuser in the cottage. Boarding two cats? Cottages with connecting doors are available. 2 individual TLC sessions per day are included in the price of each night.
Cat Treats & Activities
Kitty KONG®: in-room activity includes a KONG toy stuffed with a tasty filling to keep your cat entertained.
Individual Time: two TLC playtimes are included with your cat's overnight stay in which your cat will be exercised and have the opportunity to play with a variety of toys and equipment and get lots of love and attention from our Hotel Hosts.
Salon Services: cat services available in select Grooming Salons.
Comforts
Our cozy rooms and private suites are stocked with comfy bedding, food and water bowls, litter boxes and litter for cats, but please feel free to bring your pet’s bed, blanket and/or toys to make them feel even more at home. Limit personal items to 2. Toys subject to approval at check-in based on safety guidelines. We recommend bringing your pet’s food from home, but meals can be provided at additional cost.
Cleanliness
All PetsHotel locations have Clean Air Technology with the use of PetAirapy®, a state-of-the-art, UV air purification system exclusively designed for the animal care industry to help protect against airborne germs and allergens. All locations are temperature controlled. All facilities meet or exceed industry standards of cleaning and sanitation with each pet receiving a daily room sanitation during their stay.
