  • What do I need to bring to Doggie Day Camp?

    Proof of vaccinations in paper form is required prior to any Doggie Day Camp services. Rabies, DAPP & Bordetella are required for dogs. All vaccinations must be administered at least 48 hours prior to checking in. (Some state & local laws may require additional vaccinations be current. Please ask a Doggie Day Camp associate at the time of booking to ensure your pet is ready for their visit.) If you would like your pet to have a meal during the day, you may bring your pet’s regular diet to be fed while they visit. We do offer a variety of food options at a minimal fee.

  • Will my pet have water and treats?

    All pets in Doggie Day Camp will have access to fresh water throughout their visit. You may bring your pet’s regular treats or purchase special treats for your pet, like our Snack KONG® or Doggie Ice Cream Sundae. Treats will be provided in their own room. For your pet’s safety, food and treats are never provided within the playrooms.

  • Are your Doggie Day Camp associates knowledgeable about pets?

    Each Doggie Day Camp associate goes through a detailed training program, including hands-on experience. During training associates learn about dog behaviors and ways they can provide enrichment during Doggie Day Camp. Associates also learn about pet health and safety to become safety-certified associates.

  • How do you handle older pets at Doggie Day Camp?

    The health and safety of the pets in our care is our number one priority. Older pets who are in good health may participate in Doggie Day Camp. For our senior dogs, play schedules incorporate activities focused on mobility and cognitive health.

  • How do you determine what group my dog will play in?

    Campers are grouped together based on size, play styles and physical limitations, so every dog can enjoy a fun day of play.

  • What type of activities will my dog participate in at Doggie Day Camp?

    The ultimate experience curriculum provides different activities for your pet’s body and mind that combine stimulation and rest, including games and sensory activities. Activities change every hour, so your pet has an enriched day of fun!

  • Do you offer half-day services?

    Yes, half-day play is available and includes up to 4 hours of play, socialization and enrichment.

  • How will I know how my pet did during Doggie Day Camp?

    We will provide you a personalized Pawgress Report at checkout detailing your pet’s day at Doggie Day Camp.

Whether you want to socialize your dog or need a safe place for them to play during the day, our Doggie Day Camp is open 7 days a week to give your pup a dog day care experience they'll love. All our Doggie Day Camp locations offer supervised play time and plenty of exercise in a temperature-controlled environment.

Our dog day care services are available for half-day and full-day sessions and offer everything your pet needs to feel at home – including treats and toys, soft places for rest, Day Camp Counselors who give belly rubs and more. And if your pup needs a grooming appointment while they're with us, we can help facilitate that.
